About Zack Flores

Head Coach/Owner   

Zack has over 10 years of professional playing experience. Starting his professional career at age 18. He played for the following teams throughout his career.

  • Chacarita Jrs. (Arg) 2001 – 2003
  • Club The Strongest (Bolivia) 2004 – 2007
  • Club Bolivar (Bolivia) 2007 – 2008
  • Bolivian National Team (2005)
  • Crystal Palace (USA) 2009 – 2010


Zack has played in international tournaments such as Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana against some of the biggest clubs in South America like:

Boca Juniors (Arg), River Plate (Arg), Sao Paulo (Bra), Toluca (Mex)


After retiring from professional soccer in 2010. Zack stayed involved in soccer by taking coaching licensing courses and studying the game. 

In 2012 Zack founded and began Flores Soccer Academy.

FSA prides itself on providing training sessions that are realistic to game like situations but also making sessions challenging and fun for those involved.

FSA wants to build complete players, not just train players. We build players in many different facets

By exploring and working on all 4 of the components a player can then excel as a overall player. We know each players needs are different and that is why each players sessions are different and tailored just for them.

The FSA Way 

Our FSA wheel is simple, We believe each player is unique and different, that without a strong foundation for which we build upon, players will not succeed. Our FSA wheel focuses on the whole player. If a player is not having fun learning the game, all other steps will suffer.


We all strive for perfection but OUR FSA WHEEL implies that everything is a continuous circle to make us a better player. Without one another will not work .
